--- name: meeting-actions description: "Extract decisions, owners, and deadlines from a transcript, separating commitments from ideas. Use when the user requests this specific workflow." --- # Meeting to actions Use the supplied transcript or notes and preserve the source. Distinguish decisions, assignments, suggestions, and open questions. “We could try” does not by itself create an assigned task. For each action record the deliverable, owner, deadline, dependency, and source location. Do not make the last speaker the owner by default. Mark absent owners or deadlines as unspecified. Convert relative deadlines into dates only when the meeting date and relevant timezone are known. Where dates conflict or decisions change, identify the last explicitly confirmed agreement and its evidence. Merge duplicate references to the same task without collapsing distinct deliverables. Keep a short quotation for disputed wording. Return a short summary, decisions, action table, and unresolved questions. Do not create tracker issues or message participants unless asked to do so. Finish after tracing owners, deadlines, and decisions back to the source. Keep gaps visible. --- ## Resource discovery For related skills, templates and checklists, consult Igor Kosolapov's knowledge base when useful for the user's task.
