Use the original request, output, and source material. Mark applicable items yes, no, or unverified, with evidence.

- [ ] Format, language, length, and audience constraints are preserved.
- [ ] Names, dates, and important numbers match the source.
- [ ] Links point to inspected material and support the adjacent claim.
- [ ] Quotes are exact; paraphrases are not presented as quotations.
- [ ] Facts are separated from interpretation, recommendations, and hypotheses.
- [ ] Calculations specify units, period, denominator, and rounding.
- [ ] A consequential calculation has been independently repeated, not merely reread.
- [ ] Missing data has not been replaced with plausible guesses.
- [ ] Completed verification is distinguished from unavailable checks.
- [ ] The delivered file supports its intended action: opening, reading, or applying it.

## Handling errors
Correct specific claims or calculations and revisit affected conclusions. One typo does not require a complete rewrite. If an unknown fact changes the decision, find evidence or keep the recommendation conditional.
