CT-CHAT: a research reproduction plan

Check the environment, GPU, weights and chest CT encoding before running the model. An original planning template; CT-CHAT is a research model, not an agent skill.

The complete kit in one ZIP

One ZIP: skills, instructions, installer and a public demo runner.

USE CASES

When to use it

  1. Check GPU capacity and dependencies for the chosen model

  2. Review HU, spacing and encoder paths

  3. Prepare a record for one reproducible experiment

What you’ll get

An environment and command plan with explicit unknowns, checkpoint paths and a raw-output review sheet.

For example

Prepare a CT-CHAT plan for one public CT sample: ask for my GPU and checkpoint, inspect the encoder and dependencies. Do not install or run anything; label untested commands.
EDITORIAL NOTES

Before you start

An original kossolapov.com template for the CT-CHAT research model. The downloadable Markdown does not include the model or weights.

  1. Provide the OS, GPU/VRAM, checkpoint and one public chest CT sample with its source and hash.

  2. Check pinned README, encoder and linked CT-CLIP instructions. Review dependencies, CC BY-NC-SA terms and base-model licenses.

  3. Verify spacing, slope/intercept, HU rescaling and checkpoint/embedding paths. Defaults do not replace input metadata.

  4. Prepare installation steps and commands with every placeholder explained; do not download weights or rent GPUs during planning.

  5. Create a record of input, settings and raw answers. Mark unknowns and untested commands; we reviewed source but did not run CT-CHAT.
